Cheeseburger Casserole Muffins

In making these yummy Cheeseburger Casserole Muffins, I began by, cooking the hamburger meat in a pan and added in chopped onions, jalapenos, green peppers, and dill pickles. Drained. Put back in pan and added mesquite seasoning and garlic powder. Mixed. Then I added in Liquid smoke, Steakhouse Sauce, and Ketchup. Once finished cooking, I let cool, then added in some shredded cheese. I didn't measure any of these, I just went by how much I felt it needed, and taste tested to perfection.

While the meat was cooking, I made the "liquid bread" of the cheeseburger, Mixing 1/2c or so of Bisquick, 1/2c or so of milk, and 2eggs into a mixing bowl. Then into a greased muffin pan, I added 1TBS of the liquid bread into each muffin tin. The on top of that, I spooned in the cooked meat mixture, then a lil bit more of the liquid bread. Baked in over at 375 degrees for about 15minutes.

When done, I let them cool, then topped them with some shredded cheese and minced pickles.

Served with corn and Funyuns Chips!
