"There will be a total of fifty (50) Prizes

(“ARC”); actual CHI or ARC awarded to each Winner will be determined by
Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one hundred thirty dollars ($130). Total ERV of all Prizes awarded is six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500)."
