When you get into a funk, it’s hard to want to do anything, especially when your daily grind feels repetitive. Below is a list of things you can do to help you get into a new groove and refresh your mind, body, and heart.

Open the curtains and let daylight in first thing in the morning
Drink a full glass of water before you have your daily cup of coffee/tea
Tackle an area that has been ignored, to clean and organize
Take a 5–10 minute stretch or gentle movement break before you start your day
Step outside to breathe in that fresh morning air
 Light a candle and meditate
Go to bed 20–30 minutes earlier
Change one small part of your routine
Put on music and move your body
Prep something today that helps you tomorrow
Eat a nourishing snack before you feel depleted
Do one thing you’ve been avoiding
Declutter one drawer, bag, or basket
