Here are the ingredients you need and the breakdown of calories, which can be tweaked by changing up different ingredients to fit your preference. You can even add some protein powder if you want a lil extra protein in your diet!

1/2 Cup of Oatmeal Blended to a Powder (145 Calories)
1 Banana Mashed (105 Calories)
1 Egg (70 Calories)
1/2 Cup of Oatmilk (extra water if needed) (45 Calories)
