Kid Friendly Egg-Free Sugar Cookies

If you are looking for a kid friendly cookie recipe,
 check this one out!

I recently stumbled across a recipe over at SparkPeople.com for Egg-Free Sugar Cookies, because my son wanted to make cookies on his own; He didn't want to have to deal with cracking raw eggs, and he also wanted to eat the raw cookie dough, so I let him experiment with this recipe!

To make Egg-Free Cookies you need:
    1 1/3 C flour
    3/4 C butter
    3/4 C sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp water

You then cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl,
until fully combined. Then add in the flour, vanilla, and water and mix thoroughly. The batter will come out soft, not moldable, so they will be drop cookies. You can add food coloring, sprinkles, chocolate chips, ect. to your batter if you like. Then bake in the oven for 350 degrees, until done,
which is about 10 minutes give or take.

My son had a lot of fun making these cookies. He loved getting to add in sprinkles and M&M's, even food coloring, to make it more fun! The cookies came out delicious. They were soft in the center, with chewy outer edges that had the taste of caramel. Plus he could eat the cookie dough raw without getting sick! My son loved that.

This is a great kid approved cookie recipe, one we will definitely be making again!
