Easy Pizza Dough Recipe

One of my favorite pizza dough recipes is so easy to make!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cups of Flour
2 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Oil
3/4 to 1 cup of warm water.

First mix the dry ingredients + oil in a large mixing bowl, then slowly add in the warm water while mixing. Keep watch, as the dough begins to form. You don't want it too sticky, so use your judgement while adding in the water. Once the dough looks right, begin kneading together until it molds into a nice ball.
Flour a flat surface and begin rolling the ball out to form a pizza crust. You can choose if you want a fat crust or thin, then lay your crust on a slightly greased cookie sheet.

Place the crust in the preheated oven, at 400 degrees for approx 25 minutes. Every oven is different so be sure to check on occasion. Once you see it starts forming lightly golden bubbles on the top, pull it out and let it cool for a few minutes, then begin adding on the layers. Start with your choice of sauce, whether it be red, white, BBQ, ranch, ect...add cheese, meat...and whatever other toppings you might like! Place the pizza back into the oven, and cook until all the cheese and yummy goodness is melted together, making sure the crust is golden/browned to your content; let cool and enjoy!!

Some topping ideas:

Squash Alfredo.                            Ham, Pineapple & Jalapeno.            Shrimp Artichoke Alfredo.

Beef and Peppers.
