Rocket Adventures With Surprise Ride

Disclaimer: I received the following product(s) in exchange for my review. All opinions my own.

I am so excited to be reviewing another Surprise Ride box!
If you don't remember my previous post about Surprise Ride, you can find that HERE.
A quick explanation on what exactly Surprise Ride is:

* Surprise Ride is a subscription service for kids age 6-11, designed to bring fun and educational hands on activities, to foster creativity and imagination. It was created by two sisters, Donna and Rosy, who wanted to positively impact children's life, beyond the latest toy or game. They wanted to encourage children's imagination through art, as well as help busy parents bring that opportunity to their children. Every month, the child will receive a box, with the surprise of theme, ranging from art and science, to food and geography, and it will be full of materials to do hands on projects. The box includes everything needed to complete the projects, including a fun book, snack, or other surprise to go along with the ride. It also includes a famous Surprise Ride booklet, that is filled with lessons on the theme of the box, as well as interesting facts and ways to continue the exploration.*

The Surprise Ride Box we received this time around is all about Rockets! My son loves learning about Space and all things revolving that, so this was a fun kit to receive! We had a whole day just learning about Rockets, using our Surprise Ride Box and all the fun goodies inside. Some of the things included were a book all about Rocket Science, a paint set to paint a rocket frame, a Rocket Balance toy, an experiment, and even a snack!

The first thing my son wanted to do was check out the Rocket Launchers. We were both amazed at how far these little rockets could shoot! Then he got right to painting his Rocket Photo Frame. He loved that he got to sand the wood down before painting. He chose to give his Rocket Frame a rainbow look. We checked out everything in the box, while the frame dried. We were sad to see that our Balancing Rocket wouldn't balance, but my son can just play with the rocket as a toy instead. The last project we did was build our rocket. This was a great project for little engineer minds. Then of course shooting off the rocket was an exciting experience!

This has been another fun journey with Surprise Ride!  And guess what!!
